About the role
Deliver furniture items to customer locations in compliance with safety regulations. Perform vehicle maintenance checks and ensure all required documentation is completed.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload furniture from delivery vehicles safely
- Drive company vehicles on assigned routes
- Complete necessary paperwork and record deliveries accurately
- Maintain vehicle condition and perform routine maintenance checks
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class B license
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Passing DOT physical exam
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
Skills
- Familiarity with delivery software systems
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
