CDL Class A Local Beer Delivery Driver- Clarksville

Responsibilities

• Deliver product to retail accounts on a predetermined route for advance sales.
• Comply with quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Operate and care for assigned company equipment in compliance with all vehicle code and company policies.
• Maintain strong customer rapport, quality service, and effective merchandising of all products.
• Schedule and maintain product rotation to ensure no past-dated products are made available to consumers.
• Ensure all brands and packages are rotated in back rooms according to supplier requirements.
• Abide by all local, state, and federal beverage codes.
• Account for all cash/credit proceeds and products removed from inventories.
• Accurately compute and record all transactions and convey related cash, checks, and documents to Route Audit at the end of the work shift.
• Provide shelf merchandising to all stores upon request by managers or customers.
• Maintain a safe and compliant vehicle operation by completing daily vehicle safety checks and addressing issues promptly.
• Maintain a neat and clean cab and bays of the truck at all times.
• Provide quality service to increase product sales and market share.
• Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Commercial Class A driver license (preferred)
• One year of commercial driving experience (preferred)
• Experience in beverage delivery (preferred)
• Able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 170 lbs. when handling keg products
