With over 1,800 employees, we serve the Midwest from our headquarters in St. Cloud, MN. ROUTE WILL MOVE TO ST. LOUIS, MO BRANCH IN SEPTEMBER, 2026! Offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for CDL Class-A drivers.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM start until route completion. 10–15 hours of overtime expected each week, paid at time and a half after 40 hours.
Pay
$23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a pre-trip inspection before driving to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order.
- Turn in pre-trip form and complete mileage and maintenance forms.
- Deliver palletized freight in a timely manner to customers and pick up freight from shippers.
- Verify all load-related documentation to ensure it is complete and accurate.
- Collect payment for shipments as necessary and return bills of lading to the office for billing.
- Maintain all required DOT and company safety certifications.
- Wash the exterior of tractor and equipment daily.
- Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pick-up as needed.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid CDL Class A driver’s license with a good driving record that meets company standards.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission.
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a doubles/triples endorsement.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Full range of motion with no limits on grasping, standing, squatting, stair climbing, or walking.
- Ability to work with all types of freight, including hazardous material, perishable food, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals.
