CDL Class A Driver- Hourly plus pension at Acme Distribution Centers Aurora, CO $27.46/hr Description Our company is seeking a dedicated and professional CDL Class A Drivers to support our Distribution Center. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. As a CDL Class A Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up general freight to and from our warehousing facility or individual customer locations, while adhering to all state and federal DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities Local deliveries (home daily)Operate manual transmission day cab with 53-foot trailer (local routes)Maintain knowledge of DOT, warehouse, and shipping documentation, including:Freight billsBills of Lading (BOLs)Over-Short-Damage (OSD) reportsManifestsDriver logsAdhere to all safety policies in warehouse, docks, driving, loading, and unloading operationsProvide exceptional customer serviceComplete deliveries accurately and on timeCommunicate effectively with team members and customersPerform pre- and post-dispatch equipment inspectionsEnsure safe operation of all equipment Qualifications Valid Class A CDLMinimum 6 months of driving experienceAbility to drive manual transmissionClean driving recordMust be 21 years of age or olderAbility to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to pass a background check and physical assessment.
