Pay

• $30.00 per hour

Schedule

• Local work in Grimes, Iowa
• Variable start times based on route and customer needs

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor with a 53-foot trailer
• Deliver medical supplies and healthcare products primarily to hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Load and unload freight at customer locations using a liftgate and electric pallet jack
• Complete heavy-touch deliveries and handle freight throughout the route
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery and DOT documentation

Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Current DOT medical card or the ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Experience safely operating a 53-foot tractor-trailer
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
