CDL Class A Driver – Local (Home Daily) Walkersville, MD | Day Shift | Local DMV Routes Miscellaneous Metals, Inc. is seeking a reliable CDL Class A Driver to support local material deliveries to job sites across MD, DC, and Northern VA. This is a home-daily, safety-focused role supporting steel fabrication and construction projects. What You’ll Do Operate a Class A commercial vehicle (47’–55’ trailers) on local routesPerform daily pre- and post-trip inspectionsSecure and unload materials safely at job sitesComplete required DOT logs and delivery documentationCommunicate with dispatch, supervisors, and jobsite personnelRepresent the company professionally with customers and vendors What We’re Looking For Valid CDL Class A license1+ year of commercial driving experienceClean MVR (no major violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)Ability to drive a manual transmissionNon-excepted interstate DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)Strong safety mindset, reliability, and time managementMust pass background check and drug screening Why Drivers Like Working Here Local routes – home dailySteady, year-round workSafety-first company cultureSupportive management teamWell-maintained equipment Apply online or stop by our office to apply in person.
