CDL B Truck Driver - Local Routes
About the Role
As a CDL-Certified Delivery Service Driver at Restaurant Technologies, you’ll be more than just someone behind the wheel — you'll be a trusted partner, a vital part of our service promise, and a living example of our values in action. You’ll operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.

Compensation
The pay for this position is $28.00 per hour. Shift differential may also apply, and the position is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs.
Schedule
Wednesday through Saturday, four 10-hour shifts each week, starting at 2:00 P.M.
Responsibilities
- Safely connect truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil
- Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
- Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
- Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
- Strong safety mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
- Bilingual
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting
Driving Record Expectations
- Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations
- Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph
- Drug & Alcohol Compliance: Subject to DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test and random testing after hire
