CDL B Travelling CO2 Bulk Driver
About the role
We are hiring a Microbulk Driver (Floater) in Denver, Colorado. The position requires valid Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker, and Airbrake endorsements. Other requirements include no more than two traffic convictions or a combination of one traffic conviction and one at-fault accident in the last three years, no driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven years, and ability to work in a drug-free environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip evaluations and complete required documentation of the assigned vehicle on a daily basis, following company procedures.
- Safe and accurate loading and unloading of CO2 products for servicing.
- Operate battery and electric power tools.
- Maneuver equipment weighing up to 500 lbs using a hand truck and work overhead regularly.
- Obtain required signatures from customers as needed.
- Travel 25%-50% of the time within the region, including layovers with 1-2 weeks' notice.
- Hotel, airfare, food, and gas are provided on behalf of Airgas.
Requirements

- Able to work in a drug-free environment.
- Able to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment.
- One year of CDL driving experience in the last five years or proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last five years.
Qualifications

- CO2 or specialty gas experience is a plus but not required.

Pay
$31.00/hr. Shift will be 10-15 days on the road per month. Layovers can be extended as needed. 50% - 75% of travel required.
