About the role
The CDL-B Route Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering ice products to various locations within a designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ice products to customers on assigned routes.
- Ensure all deliveries are made safely and according to company procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Load and unload vehicles using proper lifting techniques.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements
- Valid CDL with a B class license.
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in ice distribution or similar industry preferred.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
