CDL B Driver, Local Flatbed, $29.56hr

Local flatbed CDL B driver role based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

About the role

Operate a 26-foot automatic flatbed truck with side rails on local deliveries, typically within 1 to 1.5 hours of Chattanooga. Assist with loading, unloading, and securing plumbing products and related materials. Spend approximately 10% to 15% of the workday assisting in the warehouse with deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plumbing products and related materials to local customers and job sites.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report vehicle problems or defects.
• Collect customer returns and local pickup orders as assigned.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials within weight limits.

Requirements

• Valid CDL B license.
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flatbed driving experience.
• Ability to assist with loading and unloading.

Pay

$29.56 per hour | Estimated $1,200 weekly pay.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Possible overtime based on business needs.
