Job Summary
Swire Coca-Cola is a family-owned bottling company with a rich history in North America. We are seeking a CDL B Driver, Equipment Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will visit customers to deliver, install, remove, and move Coca-Cola beverage equipment within their assigned geography.

Responsibilities
- Install, remove, and move glass door coolers, vending machines, and fountain dispensers.
- Load, unload, and move equipment at designated locations.
- Transport equipment to and from customer/other Swire locations in assigned geography.
- Effectively interact with customers, Swire leadership, and associates.
- Manage truck inventory (product, materials, and equipment) compared to load-out report.
- Manage return inventory compared to load-in report.
- Document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity.
- Resolve minor technical/operational issues with equipment.
- Diagnose, repair if necessary, and clean equipment in an orderly sequence ensuring equipment is fully functional for customer use.
- Maintain accurate materials (parts and supplies) inventory.
- Maintain assigned equipment and vehicle.
- Attend meetings as assigned.
- Affiliate with special projects and events as assigned.
- Affiliate with other associates as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required.
- Interstate License required.
- Ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
- Must be able to learn/demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, Class B required, Class A CDL preferred.
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Able to work weekends and holidays as directed.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to follow directions and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of process.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customer, clients and team members.
