CDL B - Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products to the job site
• Physically unload material per the customer's request
• Receive materials in the warehouse
• Load trucks with material scheduled for the day’s deliveries
• Secure and distribute weight limits according to DOT regulations
• Unload trucks and receive merchandise at warehouse
• Move materials and items from receiving to its designated area

Requirements

• Must be able to continually lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day
• Lifting over 100 lbs. may be required
• Deliveries include unloading shingles on one and two story homes
• Box Truck operating experience strongly preferred
• Current DOT medical card
• Clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Heavy Lifting experience
• Pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL Class A driver’s license
• 1 year CDL Class B driving experience or 2 years CDL Class A driving experience
