About the role

OTR drivers average 2,000+ miles per week with consistent miles and paycheck and flexible home time. Regional opportunities offer strong pay, dependable miles and being home every week (average 1,500‑2,000+ miles per week). Dedicated routes provide reliable schedules, predictable pay and consistent routes, with earnings up to $70,000 or more annually. Team drivers receive a $10,000 sign‑on bonus (split), average 5,500 miles per week at $0.72‑$0.80 CPM, with team earnings averaging $260,000 annually and top teams earning $300,000+. The company helps match team partners or supports forming your own team, including a sponsorship program.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR routes averaging 2,000+ miles per week.
• Drive regional routes averaging 1,500‑2,000+ miles per week, being home weekly.
• Operate dedicated routes with reliable schedules and predictable pay.
• Participate in team driving, averaging 5,500 miles per week with CPM $0.72‑$0.80 and potential sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A License (CDL A) & be 21 years or older.
• Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
• No more than 1 CMV on‑road preventable accident in the last 2 years.
• No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• No drug‑related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
• No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL‑A/CLP.
• SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
