Responsibilities

• Hauling 100% no-touch refrigerated freight (Reefer)
• Hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight (Dry Van)
• Consistent OTR freight with predictable schedules
• Detention, layover, and stop pay (Dry Van)

Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van – 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated – 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated – Refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record

Compensation

• Reefer: $0.60–$0.66 CPM* based on experience
• Dry Van: $0.55–$0.63 CPM* based on experience
• Limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus*
• Detention, layover, and stop pay (Dry Van)
• Bi-annual compensation reviews to ensure earnings grow with experience

• Modern, driver-spec’d trucks (2023+) equipped with APUs, inverters, and automatic transmissions
