Responsibilities

• Hauling 100% no-touch refrigerated or dry van freight
• Operating modern trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and automatic transmissions

Requirements

• CDL-A
• 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years for Dry Van
• 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years for Refrigerated (refrigerated experience preferred)
• Safe driving record

Pay

• Reefer: $0.60 – $0.66 CPM based on experience
• Dry Van: $0.55 – $0.63 CPM based on experience
• Limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Detention, layover, and stop pay in addition to mileage
• Bi-annual compensation reviews to ensure earnings grow with experience

Schedule

• Consistent miles with a predictable schedule: 2,500–2,800+ miles per week
• OTR freight with planned home time, typically running one to two weeks out
• Structured work-rest rhythm with reliable time off
• Regional lane options available at select locations
