CDL-A Truck Driver - No Experience Required
About the Role
Start your professional truck driving career with a company that puts new CDL-A holders behind the wheel. Based in Gadsden, Alabama, this full-time position offers straightforward, real-world freight driving with no-touch dry van loads on established East of I-35 routes. Expect 2,200 to 2,800 miles per typical week on a 12 days out, 2 days home schedule.
Equipment & Freight
Drive assigned 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner automatic trucks with APU on board—yours alone, no slip seating. Approximately 70% of loads are drop-and-hook, keeping you productive and moving.
Pay
$1,300 to $1,550 per week average; top performers exceed $1,800. Paid orientation includes hotel and transportation. During the 4–6 week paid mentor program, earn full guaranteed pay while learning from experienced drivers, then transition directly to solo pay.

Requirements
- 21 or older with valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- 6 months recent over-the-road experience OR 120+ hours from an accredited CDL program
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
