About the role
We are seeking Dedicated CDL-A Drivers to join our team, responsible for servicing lanes out of Goodyear, AZ, and McCook, IL.
Responsibilities
- Operating primarily reefer equipment with a mix of driver-assisted unloads and drop & hook freight
- Delivering to airport hubs and customer locations across the western US, Texas, and Illinois
- Maintaining safety and service standards to qualify for bonuses
- Adhering to personalized dispatch schedules with weekly home time
- Ensuring proper use of equipment, which includes modern Freightliner Cascadias equipped with amenities like refrigerators, inverters, and optional TVs or microwaves
- Safe driving, efficient route management, and ensuring timely deliveries while maximizing miles and earning potential
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent, verifiable commercial driving experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong safety record and commitment to service excellence
