What you'll earn

• Earn up to $90,000 annually
• Experienced drivers earn up to $0.65/mi with competitive base pay and generous performance incentives
• Paid your way – mileage or hourly – your starting rate reflects your driving history
• Shift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shift positions
• Performance incentives available for safety, efficiency, and reliability
• Base pay range is 43–52 CPM

Schedule & freight

• Local dedicated lanes – get home every day
• Dry van, 100% no-touch freight with minimal dock time and consistent freight

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6+ months CDL-A driving experience
• No CDL-A experience required in Normal, IL
