G&D Integrated is seeking local CDL-A truck drivers for dedicated lanes with home-daily routes and 100% no-touch dry van freight. The company emphasizes honesty, respect, and consistency, with a turnover rate one-third the industry average.

Earnings & pay

• Earn up to $90,000 annually*
• Experienced drivers earn up to $0.65/mi* with competitive base pay and performance incentives
• Choose between hourly or mileage pay
• Starting rate reflects your driving history – experienced drivers do not start at the bottom
• Performance incentives available for safety, efficiency, and reliability
• Shift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shift positions
• Base pay range is 43–52 CPM

• Dry van – 100% no-touch freight

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6+ months CDL-A driving experience
• No CDL-A experience required in Normal, IL
