Pay
- Starting pay rate from $0.45/mile to $0.65/mile, loaded and empty (includes per diem)
- Raise after the first 30 days if you stay accident-free and maintain a high safety score
- Pay increases reviewed bi-annually based on safe, consistent driving
- Weekly pay guarantee for working a full schedule
- Detention pay, layover pay, stop pay, and bonus opportunities
Starting pay depends on verified safe driving experience. All amounts represent gross pay, subject to federal, state, and local tax withholding. Pay rates and terms are subject to change.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 3 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience
- Minimum 21 years old
Eligibility for weekly pay guarantee requires 30 days of employment, no responsibility for service failures, and no preventable accidents. Continued employment through the payment date is required.
