Pay

• Starting pay rate from $0.45/mile to $0.65/mile, loaded and empty (includes per diem)
• Safety-based raises after first 30 days if accident-free with a high safety score
• Bi-annual pay reviews for additional increases through safe, consistent driving
• Weekly pay guarantee for working a full schedule (terms and conditions apply)
• Detention pay, bonus opportunities, layover pay, and stop pay

Starting pay depends on verified safe driving experience. All amounts stated are gross pay, subject to federal, state, and local tax withholding.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• At least 3 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience
• Minimum 21 years old

Eligibility for weekly pay guarantee requires 30 days of employment, no preventable accidents, and no responsibility for service failures. Continued employment through the payment date is required.
