Pay
- Starting pay rate from $0.45/mile to $0.65/mile, loaded and empty (includes per diem)
- Safety-based pay increases: raise after the first 30 days if accident-free with a high safety score, followed by bi-annual reviews
- Weekly pay guarantee for working a full schedule (terms and conditions apply)
- Detention pay, layover pay, stop pay, and bonus opportunities
Starting pay depends on verified safe driving experience. All amounts stated represent gross pay, subject to federal, state, and local tax withholding. Pay rates and terms of employment are subject to change.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 3 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience
- Minimum 21 years old
Eligibility for weekly pay guarantee requires 30 days of employment, no preventable accidents, and no responsibility for service failures. Continued employment through the payment date is required.
