CDL A Truck Driver - $1350 weekly minimum

About the role

Central Oregon Truck Company (COTC) has been a flatbed‑only carrier since 1992, earning top CSA scores and recognition as one of the “Best Fleets to Drive For®” for eleven consecutive years. The company is seeking experienced OTR drivers or flatbed professionals to join a driver‑run operation that emphasizes strong pay, safe operations, and a supportive culture.

Pay

• Up to $127,000 per year for top drivers.
• Base pay of 60 CPM plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives.
• $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay starting immediately, up to 5.5 CPM, accruing from day one.
• $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay for additional work.
• $1,250 paid orientation bonus.
• Home time every two weeks (approximately five days per month).

Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A license.
