CDL A Truck Driver - $1350 weekly minimum

About the role

Central Oregon Truck Company (COTC), a flatbed-focused carrier since 1992, is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers in your local area. COTC is run by flatbed drivers and has earned top CSA scores and recognition as one of the Best Fleets to Drive For® for eleven consecutive years.

Pay

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with a 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives.
• $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay up to 5.5 CPM, accruing from day one.
• $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay for additional work.
• $1,250 paid orientation.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance.
