CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview Top-tier pay with real incentives. Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with 60CPM base pay plus up to 4CPM in performance incentives and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks.

Requirements
Pay
Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with 60CPM base pay plus up to 4CPM in performance incentives and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks. Loyalty pay that starts immediately, earning up to 5.5CPM, and extra pay for the work you do, including $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay.
Schedule
Get home every two weeks, totaling five days per month, giving you real time to recharge. Paid orientation, start with confidence, earning $1,250 in orientation pay.
