About the role

This position is for CDL-A Truck Drivers specializing in lease purchase programs, focused on operating no-touch dry van freight with an emphasis on steady earnings and reliable routes.

Responsibilities

• Drive 100% no-touch dry van freight with 60% drop & hook for efficiency
• Maintain safety and on-time performance to maximize earnings
• Manage weekly payments and expenses to ensure profitability
• Adhere to company policies on resets and home time, including weekly resets for recharge
• Utilize modern, reliable equipment and participate in maintenance programs
• Bring family along with rider and pet policies

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 22 years old
• At least 6 months of recent driving experience
• Clean safety record with no recent substance abuse violations

Compensation

• Drivers earn up to $1,650 weekly take-home
• $5,000 sign-on bonus and orientation pay
• Pay structure includes mileage-based rates, fuel surcharge, and accessorial pay
• Lease payments are manageable, with options for short-term lease terms and built-in maintenance protection
