CDL A Truck Driver - 1099

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-only, multiple tractors, or tractor and trailer in Blair's core traffic lanes across the Southeast, Midwest, Northeast, and Texas.
• Run consistent freight with weekend home time every week.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1+ years OTR experience in the last 3 years
• 6+ months Flatbed experience in the last 10 years

Pay

• Earn up to $3,500 per week with high take-home potential.
• Earn up to 76% of linehaul (base pay range: 68%-76%) plus 100% of fuel surcharge.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus to start.
• $3,000 referral bonus.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion.

Lease Purchase Program

• Affordable weekly truck payments averaging $500-$600 per week.
• Clear path to ownership in 2-4 years with a manageable balloon payment at the end.
