Pay & Earnings

• Training salary: $850 per week while training alongside a dedicated OTR mentor.
• Guaranteed income: $1,000 weekly pay guarantee for the first 3 months running solo.

• Average weekly earnings after training: $1,200 – $1,800, increasing with tenure.
• Performance bonuses plus $15 per stop.

Schedule & Home Time

• Home every 2 weeks (flexible schedule options open for discussion).
• Shift details: day/night dispatches; weekend work expected, flexible holiday scheduling.
• Weekly mileage: 1,800 – 2,200 miles.
• Operating territory: 27 states east of Denver (excluding Northeast congestion).

Requirements

• Valid Class‑A CDL and DOT medical card (age 21+).
• Open to CDL graduates with a minimum of 120 hours from an accredited school.
• Open to trainees/new graduates, 6+ month solo drivers, teams, and owner‑operators.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background check.
• Mandatory hair and urine drug testing.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of drop‑and‑hook, preloads, and live load/unload freight.
• Operate within the designated 27‑state territory, covering 1,800‑2,200 miles per week.
• Coordinate with dispatch for day and night routes, including weekend assignments.
