Just graduated CDL school in the Greater New Orleans area? We hire CDL-A trainees directly out of Arabi, St. Bernard Parish, and the Greater New Orleans area. Most carriers require 1–2 years of experience, but we offer a Paid Mentor Program to bridge the gap between school and a confident solo career—no fine print, no unpaid waiting periods, and no physical freight loading.
The Training Program
- 4 to 6 Weeks Paid Mentorship: Learn real-world OTR driving with an experienced mentor in the passenger seat.
- Guaranteed Pay: You get paid every single week during training—no low mileage penalties or surprise deductions.
- Instant Progression: Transition directly to full solo pay rates the moment you complete the program.
- $300 Paid Orientation: We provide your hotel room and cover transportation to get you started.
Pay & Benefits
- $1,300 to $1,550 average weekly earnings once going solo (top performers clear $1,800+).
- Benefits active after 30 days: Full Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
- 401(k) with Company Match + Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
- PTO: Paid time off starts accruing on your very first day.
- Company-paid Life and Disability Insurance.

- Assigned Equipment: 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner (automatic, equipped with APU).
- No Slip-Seating: Once assigned, the truck is yours—you don't move your gear every week.
- 100% No-Touch Freight: Dry van loads, approximately 70% drop-and-hook.
- 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week average across East of I-35 lanes.
