About the role

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Spotter/Yard Jockey to support Local operations based in Johnson City, Tennessee. The position is a temp‑to‑hire assignment with an automatic transmission vehicle, handling no‑touch freight.

Schedule

Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 pm – 6:00 am.

Pay

$23.15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver equipment with good backing skills
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role as needed

Requirements

• CDL A license
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
