About the role

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Spotter/Yard Dog to support local operations in Johnson City, Tennessee. This on‑site, temp‑to‑perm position works a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment on local routes.
• Transport sewage in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
• Meet the physical demands of the role as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
