About the role

This Salt Lake City regional account offers steady mileage, weekly home time, and real earning potential. Drivers run dense regional lanes on I‑5, I‑15, I‑84, and I‑90, with solo, team, and owner‑operator options available. Freight is year‑round, and the service area is built for consistent freight flow.

Pay

• Mileage pay starts at $0.55 per mile plus DPP.
• Average weekly gross ranges from $1,300 to $1,800 depending on productivity.
• New Driver Guarantee: guaranteed pay for the first 3 months after the first solo dispatch.
• Stop pay of $15 per stop on top of regular earnings.
• Orientation pay of $300 included on the first paycheck, plus covered travel expenses to orientation.

Schedule

• Consistent weekly home time – drivers get home on a regular weekly schedule.
• Typical weekly mileage: 1,900 to 2,200 miles.

Qualifications

• New CDL‑A holders welcome: paid training (4–6 weeks) with an experienced trainer, guaranteed weekly training pay of $800, and immediate transition to solo pay after completion.
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school.
• Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing; military experience considered with a valid DD214.
