Pay

• Mileage pay starts at $0.55 per mile plus DPP.
• Average weekly gross: $1,300 – $1,800 depending on productivity.
• New Driver Guarantee: guaranteed pay for the first 3 months after the first solo dispatch.
• Stop pay: $15 per stop on top of regular earnings.
• Orientation pay: $300 included on the first paycheck, plus covered travel expenses to orientation.

Schedule

• Weekly home time with a consistent schedule.
• Typical weekly mileage: 1,900 – 2,200 miles.

Qualifications

• New CDL‑A holders welcome: paid training (4–6 weeks) with an experienced trainer, guaranteed weekly training pay of $800, and immediate transition to solo pay after completion.
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing; military experience considered with a valid DD214.
