CDL A Regional Driver

About the role

This position involves hauling primarily dry van loads across several states, with a focus on consistent home time during weeknights and weekends. It offers options for additional miles and emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate newer tractors with APU’s, ensuring timely delivery on established lanes.
• Maintain safety standards to minimize roadside inspections.
• Build relationships with repeat customers and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in bonus programs based on safety and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Require a valid CDL A license
• At least 1 year of verifiable CDL experience
• Be at least 21 years old

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay at $0.70 per mile with a weekly guaranteed minimum of $1200. Offers quarterly and monthly bonuses, referral incentives, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid training, and rider programs.
