CDL-A PA/NYC Delivery Driver

About the role

Sunrise Transport, a subsidiary of Four Seasons Family of Companies, is looking for CDL-A Delivery Drivers to deliver organic and conventional produce from Ephrata, PA to NYC and back, ensuring families have healthy food options. The company emphasizes a driver-first culture with modern fleet (2019 or newer), on-site dispatch 24/7, dedicated mechanic shop, onsite fueling, and generous safety and performance bonuses.

Four Seasons Family of Companies focuses on wholesale produce distribution and logistics across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions, partnering with local growers to bring fresh produce to their Lancaster County, PA facility where they grade and package fruits and vegetables for delivery to independent retailers, natural food stores, and food co-ops.

Responsibilities

• Service independent retailers, natural food stores, and food co-ops
• Perform product delivery counts to verify correct deliveries and accept product returns
• Unload palletized, perishable food products using life gate trailers, electric pallet jacks, and handcarts on refrigerated trailers

Requirements

• Must live within 45 minutes of Ephrata, PA Four Seasons Family of Companies Distribution Center
• Valid CDL-A Pennsylvania license
• One year of verifiable experience as a CDL-A driver (required)
• Three years of verifiable experience as a CDL-A driver (preferred)
• Must be 21 years or older
• Clean motor vehicle record and background check
• Must meet FMCSA requirements

Pay

• Up to $2,000+ weekly pay plus bonus based on safety & performance
• Training pay: $1,200 per week
• Lucrative incentives for working weekends and delivering to NYC Boroughs
• Overtime at time and a half after 40 hours
• Pay based on experience, schedule, and incentives

Schedule

• Home every day
