CDL A Owner Operator/ Lease Purchase Team Truck Driver

About the role

CRST Specialized Solutions is one of the nation’s largest transportation companies, providing total transportation solutions and comprehensive logistics services to customers all over North America. We are looking for independent contractors (owner operators) that would enjoy hauling specialty freight across the country.

Responsibilities

• Hauling specialty freight across the country
• Operating on dedicated lanes
• No‑touch freight handling
• Tolls are 100% paid
• Using manual or automatic transmission trucks
• Averaging approximately 5,631 miles per week

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid CDL A
• Minimum 6 months OTR experience
• Co‑driver (if applicable) must have 3 months verifiable experience

Benefits

• Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus
• Safety bonus available
• Benefits administered through a third‑party provider

Pay

• Earnings of $600,000+ per year
• Base rate of $1.43 per mile
• Additional $0.02 per mile for safety plus current fuel surcharge

Schedule

• Weekly home time of 1 to 1.5 days
