CDL A Owner Operator/ Lease Purchase Team Truck Driver

About the Role

CRST Specialized Solutions is one of the nation’s largest transportation companies, providing total transportation solutions and comprehensive logistics services to customers all over North America. We are looking for independent contractors (owner operators) that would enjoy hauling specialty freight across the country.

Responsibilities

• Hauling specialty freight across the country
• Operating in dedicated lanes
• No touch freight
• Tolls are 100% paid

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• CDL A license
• Minimum 6 months OTR experience (team position lease contractors)
• Co‑driver must have 3 months verifiable OTR experience
• Ability to operate manual or automatic transmission trucks

Pay

• Earning potential of $600k+ per year
• Base pay of $1.43 per mile (CPM)
• Safety pay of $0.02 per mile plus current fuel surcharge
• Average of 5,631 miles per week
• Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus
• Safety bonus available

Schedule

Weekly hometime of 1–1.5 days.
