CDL A OTR Reefer Drivers

About the role

Navajo Express is seeking experienced OTR drivers. Positions are not available locally or in Florida. We celebrate our 45th year of operation and have been recognized with the 2025 Grand Fleet Trophy for Most Improved Safety Record in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Earn up to $90,000 annually
• Mileage range: 2,600–3,000 miles per week
• High volume of refrigerated freight
• No-Touch Freight opportunities
• Up to 1 day off for every week worked
• Up to $300 bonus for clean inspections
• Driver-friendly equipment
• New hometime options

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Age 21 or older
• At least 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
