CDL A OTR Reefer Drivers

About the role

Navajo Express is seeking experienced OTR drivers. Positions are not available locally or in Florida. Founded in 1979, we celebrate our 45th anniversary this year and have been recognized with the 2025 Grand Fleet Trophy for our safety record.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-performing equipment
• Handle high refrigerated freight volumes
• Earn up to $90,000 annually
• Drive 2,600 to 3,000 miles per week
• Enjoy up to 1 day off for every week worked
• Earn up to $300 bonus for clean inspections
• Benefit from new hometime options

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• At least 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
