CDL A OTR Reefer Drivers

About the role

Navajo Express is hiring OTR drivers. No local or Florida positions are available. We celebrate 45 years of service and continue to grow. We are recognized by the Colorado Motor Carrier's Association with the 2025 Grand Fleet Trophy for Most Improved Safety Record in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Earn up to $90,000 annually
• Mileage: 2,600–3,000 miles per week
• High refrigerated freight volume
• 99% No-Touch Freight
• Get 1 day off for every week out
• Up to $300 bonus for clean inspections
• Driver-friendly equipment

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Age: 21 years or older
• Experience: 6 months OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
