CDL A OTR Reefer Drivers

About the role

Navajo Express is hiring OTR drivers. No local or Florida positions are available. We celebrate 45 years of service and continue to grow. We were recognized with the 2025 Grand Fleet Trophy for Most Improved Safety Record in Colorado by the Colorado Motor Carrier's Association.

Responsibilities

• Earn up to $90,000 annually
• Mileage of 2,600–3,000 miles per week with high refrigerated freight volume
• 99% of loads are No-Touch Freight
• Earn 1 day off for every week out
• Up to $300 bonus for clean inspections
• Driver-friendly equipment
• New hometime options

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
