CDL A OTR Reefer Drivers

About the role

Navajo Express is hiring OTR drivers. Positions are not available locally or in Florida. Founded in 1979, we have been recognized by the Colorado Motor Carrier's Association with the 2025 Grand Fleet Trophy for our most improved safety record in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Earn up to $90,000 annually
• Mileage range: 2,600–3,000 miles per week
• High volume of refrigerated freight
• No-Touch Freight
• 1 day off for every week out
• Up to $300 bonus for clean inspections

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
