Pay
- Training: $850 per week
- First 3 months solo: at least $1,000 per week, guaranteed
- After 3 months: $1,200 to $1,800 per week
- Additional: $15 per stop, $100 flat on short loads, performance bonus
Schedule
- 1,800 to 2,900 miles per week
- Home every 2 to 3 weeks
- Early home time available; fleet works with driver requests
About the role
Dry van freight. Operations include drop and hook, preloads, live loads and unloads.
Requirements
- Completed CDL-A training at a truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
- Class A CDL from state of residence
- 21 years or older
- Up to 2 moving violations in the past 2 years; no DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screen
Training process: recruiter reviews record, orientation, then 3 to 5 weeks (200 to 250 hours) of training with a mentor.
