Bulkley Trucking is seeking experienced and reliable drivers for both solo and team positions. Established in 1987, we offer competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Drive long-haul routes in various types of trucks.
- Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with dispatch regarding availability and route status.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Class 'A' CDL.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have at least one year of driving experience.
- Willingness to complete a drug screening including urinalysis and hair follicle tests.
- For those with 6-12 months of experience, temporary team driving may be required before transitioning to solo driving.

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good health and physical condition suitable for long hours on the road.

- Proficient in operating heavy machinery.

Pay
- Solo drivers earn $70,000 – $85,000+ annually.
- Team drivers earn $78,000 – $90,000+ annually.
- Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,250.
- Base pay rates range from $0.46 to $0.52 CPM for solo drivers and $0.57 to $0.67 CPM for team drivers.
- Additional fuel bonus up to $0.05 CPM.
- Per diem compensation of $0.15 for solo drivers and $0.19 for team drivers.
- Referral bonus of $1,000 upon successful hire.

- Flexible schedule with opportunities for home time and rest periods.

- Sign-on bonus of $5,000.
