We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Probably okay to add Safety.
But we might incorporate safety into About the role or a short paragraph.
We also have statements about being home every night, local deliveries only, guarantee 40 hours, bonuses. Could be part of "About the role" or a separate "Why work here?" but not needed.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the safety statements, guarantee 40 hours, bonuses, etc. We already have schedule guarantee 40 hours, pay includes bonuses. Safety statements maybe we can add a short paragraph under About the role or a separate Safety section.
Let's add a
for each section present. Must not repeat job title. Must include location, pay, work hours, etc. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. All offers to external candidates for employment are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background verifications before employment is finalized. This position is considered “safety-sensitive” and includes tasks or duties which could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the tasks or others. POOLCORP, including all its subsidiaries, is a drug-free company and Equal Opportunity Employer – By Choice. The Company understands, respects, and values diversity – unique styles, experiences, identities, ideas, and opinions – while striving to be inclusive of all people. This commitment is critical to our success as a global company as we seek to recruit, develop, and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool. Hiring and promotional decisions are based solely on the qualifications required for the job to be filled. #NE1 We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO statements are boilerplate; we should drop them. Also remove lines about drug testing? That might be considered legal/EEO? It's about pre-employment drug testing and background verifications; might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The drug testing and background verifications could be considered legal; but it's a condition of employment. Might be considered boilerplate but it's specific to hiring. However, the instruction says remove legal boilerplate. I'd err on side of removing that line. Also remove the Equal Opportunity Employer line. Also remove the diversity statement? That's also EEO. Probably remove. We need to keep substantive info: location, pay, work hours, safety statements, guarantee 40 hours, bonuses, benefits list, duties, requirements, company description, "What Drives Us?" maybe as a section? Could be "About the company" or "About us". The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content to those headings where appropriate. Not required to use exactly those but we can use them if they match. We have location info; could be part of a short paragraph. Pay: we have pay and bonuses. Schedule: Work Hours: Dayshift, guarantee 40 hours per week. Benefits: list. Responsibilities: duties list. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: the "To Drive For POOLCORP You Need To" list. About the role: maybe the "What to expect?" paragraph. About the company: the description of POOLCORP, network, etc. We should not repeat job title. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:
Location: Richmond, VA - 25, 11140 Leadbetter Road, Ashland, Virginia - 23005
Pay
$26 - $27 / hour plus bonuses!
Schedule
Dayshift – guaranteed at least 40 hours per week.
