CDL A Local Port/Intermodal - 2nd Shift

We are hiring an experienced CDL Driver for steady, year-round intermodal container work within a 200-mile radius. This position is ideal for a driver who values stability, predictable hours, and daily home time.

Responsibilities

• Local container deliveries within a 200-mile radius (no touch freight, drop & hook)
• Perform basic container and chassis checks as part of daily routine
• Consistent routes to and from rail yards and ports

Requirements

• 12 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
• Intermodal, rail, or port experience preferred (required for some roles)
• Valid TWIC required
• Hazmat preferred (not required)
• Clean MVR and strong, stable work history
• Ability to haul overweight loads (permits provided)
• Safe accident history preferred
• Professional, dependable, and safety-focused

Pay

• Load pay + hourly components (weekly average $1,000–$1,200)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 6 AM & 3 PM start times
• 10-hour average shifts
• Home daily with year-round work
