CDL A Local Driver - Council Bluffs

About the role

Building Products Inc. is looking for a professional CDL Driver who values consistency, independence, and work-life balance. This opportunity offers a dependable Monday-Friday route with daily home time, structured routes, routine customers, low-touch freight, and independent work environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid customers with taking pictures and getting signatures to complete delivery
• Log trip information and load weight daily
• Clean truck and equipment to keep in good working order
• Be aware of road conditions and traffic for safe trips

Requirements

• A valid Class-A CDL license
• Understand safety requirements in every stage of the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
• Climb in and out of a semi-tractor/trailer up to 20 times a day
• Full use of arms and shoulders to open trailer curtains
