CDL A LOCAL DRIVER $5000 SIGN ON BONUS

About the role

FirstFleet Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking a local, home‑daily CDL A driver to run routes within a 300‑mile radius. The position involves operating late‑model equipment and may require occasional overnight stays (approximately one night per month) and filling in for the yard switcher as needed.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Start time: 1 am
• Shift length: 10 to 12 hours
• May spend one night per month in the truck

Pay

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus (paid monthly over the first 6 months)
• Weekly average pay: $1,300 + 
• Quarterly safety & fuel bonus programs
• Yard switcher fill‑in rate: $22.50 per hour + overtime

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Class A CDL from your state of residence
• At least one year of verifiable driving experience
• No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
• No chargeable DOT‑reportable accidents in the past 3 years
