Pay
$1,440 – $1,630 per week (average $75K–$85K annually) plus:
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $500/month performance bonus (up to $6,000/year)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, dispatch at 6:00 AM
- 4-day work week available

About the role
CDL-A Local Delivery Driver with home-daily routes delivering food and food-related products to local customers. Drivers operate tractor-trailers or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes, ensuring safe, timely deliveries and professional customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food products to local customers on scheduled routes
- Unload product and place in designated customer storage areas
- Complete pre- and post-trip safety inspections according to DOT regulations and company standards
- Inspect trailer for properly loaded and secured freight; report safety hazards or needed repairs
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safe-driving policies
- Perform count checks and verify customer invoices of loaded products
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly
- Scan items, handle damage control, and contact supervisor about order removal per company policy
- Obtain customer signatures and collect payments (cash or checks) where required
- Load customer returns onto trailer and secure trailer doors
- Unload damaged goods and returns, completing necessary paperwork
- Maintain daily records of hours of service and log entries per federal, state, and company requirements
- Perform general housekeeping in tractor, loading dock area, and trailers
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Safe driving record
- 6+ months driving tractor-trailer experience
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements
- Valid/current DOT health card or ability to secure one
- Ability to hand-lift and use equipment (two-wheeler, lift gate) to move product cases/freight ranging from 10–90 pounds throughout shift
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to handle touch freight (unloading required)
