CDL-A Lease-to-Own 7080% of Revenue, Reefer

About the role

Seaboard Transport is a shipper-owned carrier backed by Seaboard Corporation (Fortune 500), hauling Seaboard product out of company plants in Guymon, OK; St. Joseph, MO; and Sioux City, IA, plus a large nationwide customer base. The position involves hauling refrigerated freight across all 48 states with no forced dispatch, weekly settlements by direct deposit, and no-touch freight.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated freight across all 48 states
• Operate as an owner operator, fleet owner, or lease-to-own driver
• Manage own schedule with no forced dispatch
• Handle no-touch freight operations

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years recent verifiable CDL/OTR experience
• Clean MVR
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must be a current owner operator, fleet owner, or lease-to-own driver
• Reefer experience preferred
• TWIC card a plus
• Not currently in the SAP program
• Stable work history

Pay

• Owner operator / fleet owner: 70% of revenue plus fuel surcharge (tractor only)
• Owner operator / fleet owner with own refrigerated trailer: 80% of revenue plus fuel surcharge
• All lumper fees, reefer fuel, tolls, and washouts paid by company
• Seaboard plant loads: 70% of revenue plus 100% of tractor fuel surcharge; backhauls paid at 70%
• Lease-to-own drivers average up to $4,500 gross per week
• Loaner truck available at $300/week while your truck is in the shop (when available)
